My work over many years has been in renewable energy and electric mobility. I focus on building industry partnerships with major global players to help develop and launch new products in Southeast Asia. Much of my experience is in product development, market entry strategies, and technological innovation for electric vehicles.

In my current role, I handle business development and product innovation for light electric vehicles, in the SEA context. This involves overseeing the design, assembly, testing, and analytics for battery packs, charging solutions, and IoT platforms to support market expansion. A key achievement in this role was securing a significant, long-term automotive battery supply contract.

Previously, my entrepreneurial ventures have centered on critical energy technologies. I co-founded a deep-tech company to commercialize a proprietary supercapacitor technology and another startup that provided battery swapping solutions for electric motorbikes in the region. In these roles, my responsibilities included raising capital, leading go-to-market strategy, and building technical teams and R&D facilities from the ground up.

My professional path started with deep-tech research at a major university, where I worked on energy storage solutions like self-standing supercapacitor electrodes. I hold an engineering degree with a minor in technical entrepreneurship, which provides me with a perspective on both the technical and business aspects of a project. My membership with a professional directors' institute also reflects my interest in corporate governance and strategic planning.
